We want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- With hygienic liners intact
- Free of makeup, deodorant marks, and scents (e.g., perfume, lotion)
Due to health and hygiene standards, swimwear without the hygiene liner or tags will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
- Customers who choose Store Credit are eligible for free return shipping within the U.S. A prepaid return label will be provided at no cost, and once the return is processed, you will receive a store credit for the full value of your returned item(s).
- Refunds to the original payment methods will still require the customer to cover the cost of return shipping, and the cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return label may be requested if available for your country; the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items.
Process: To initiate an Exchange, please contact info@impressswim.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
Refunds
- Refunds are typically processed within 48 hrs after the returned item is inspected. However it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
